How long are processing and shipping?
Payment-authorized orders are usually prepared in 1–2 business days. Carrier transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days. More detail is in the Shipping Policy.
Are non-defective returns allowed?
Yes. A new and unused eligible item can be requested for return within 30 days after delivery, including a change of preference. Product defects, damage, incorrect shipments, missing parts and material description issues are reviewed as well.
May I request an exchange?
Yes. Approval and inventory availability apply; follow the Refund Policy.
Is return postage prepaid?
The package contains a free prepaid return label. If it is absent or lost, request help before mailing. Approval is required, and there is no restocking fee.
How soon is an approved refund started?
It is processed or initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Financial institutions can take additional time to post it.
